Firmware Version: 3.2.0 Build 210914 Rel.24052

my ping was stable till yesterday but today I started to get some really annoying ping spikes and packet loss and I dont think its a problem with my isp because I was getting stable <1ms ping to 192.168.1.1 before this happened but now:



it was worse than this tho like it went from 1ms to 450ms but it got better after I resetted the modem router
im using the lan cable that came with the modem router btw

I think it was net balancer "a network monitoring software" causing the issue because after uninstalling it and resetting the modem again "it didnt get fixed after just uninstalling net balancer" it got fixed thanks for your response tho

Hi, since the ping was stable and fine before, is there anything special happened before the issue started?

And please try different Ethernet cable and also a different LAN port on the modem router to test again, also try a different computer if that is possible.
