If possible, you can use USB sniffer to make a suitable bin file.

I did what you said but I still can't extract the bin file. It's giving me some error message went I did the Analyze. The bin file created was to big when I tried to upload it to the router and by the way, I had the latest firmware version. I made a mistake typing it on the form.

Could some one please tel me how to use the sniffer tool properly? When I press Analyse, it opens up a console windows with something like .

1. Internet connection timeout ()
2.

Press any key to close. And when I press any key, it says

"Failed to parse Vendor ID or Product ID"


If, I use the TEST button, it shows ###.bin created.

But I do not find any bin files created in the /bin folder.

I also have this combination please can we get this modem working with this router.Otherwise i have wasted lots of money.
