the only light that is lit is the power light. Tried to re-connect to the router but ts not finding it at all.
my router is fine and everything that is connected to the router works fine, its just the extender
Hi, since RE550 is a dual-band extender, were you unable to detect both 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz of the main router?
Have you tried to connect RE550 to other wireless networks, like your mobile hotspot?
By the way, how long have you had the RE550?

yes, I've tried to connect to both and also to another router. It still wont connect.
it was working perfectly ok since buying it back in November 2022, then at the weekend it just suddenly stopped, the only light on the unit was the power light
