Speed test showing failed.
Hi, first time I gotten this failed on speed test. Since 2019 I never had issue when I run the test. Please advise what I need to do to fix this. Thabjs

also got same problem yesterday on my deco x20, but i didnt test on my deco x80 (not 5G)
but now working properly for the speedtest.
another problem on deco x20, i cant see the traffic at all on deco satellite, but for the device that connect to, i can see without problem.
on deco x80, working properly..

As for the real-time rate on the satellite X20, could you please refer to this link to help me submit the Deco App log:
I see all the satellite Deco X20 units are on Ethernet Backhaul. Would Deco APP display any speed rate if we temporarily unplug the cable from one satellite X20?
By the way, did satellite Deco X20 behave like this all the time?

i already sent the log you ask, the email address same as the this account if you wanna track.
as i remember the problem appear after i add my last deco x20 from the box, before i just using 5 deco x20 out of 6, after i add last deco on the network for somehow i just notice that real-time traffic doesn't appear properly.
for now i can't test to unplug it, since i just come to that area network once a week. i can test it on this friday.
