I have the Archer AX73 Router with firmware version 2.20 and the Dual Band AC1200 RE305 Wireless Repeater with firmware version 1.0.23, Build 230418, Rel. 60395n. When there is a power outage in my residence and the Dual Band AC1200 RE305 Wireless Repeater starts before the Archer AX73 Router, my router's "wifi 2.4 GHz" network does not connect all devices. Instead, all devices connect to the Dual Band AC1200 RE305 Wireless Repeater, and the internet quality becomes terrible. To resolve this, I have to restart the Archer AX73 Router with firmware version 1.0.11, Build 20231013, Rel. 54215(5553) to get everything back to normal. Is this considered normal?

Hi, the official firmware for AX73 US V2 has been released and EU V2 is also in releasing process, please monitor any new firmware update via teh router web GUI or Tether App.
Regarding the 2.4G WiFi connection issue after power ourtage, it seems that the 2.4G client devices don't roam automatically to the router WiFi after the router boots up, please confirm if you enabled EasyMesh and build a mesh network by using the router and extender.
However, even though the EasyMesh network is established, the router cannot force the client devices to roam as well, it will only suggest some clients to roam but it is still the client devices that decide to roam or not.

Hi, there is no known issue for AX73 V1 at this moment and since there were other users reporting it as well, we are trying to debug on AX73 V1.
It is recommanded to start a new thread and provide the following details:
1. When the issue happens, does the AX73 V1 router reboot automatically? or just client device loses connection/internet but the router always stays on?
2. If router stays on when issue happens, will all wired and wireless client devices are affected? and what are the affected devices?
3. When the issue happens, the affected client device will disconnect from the WiFi completely or still shows connected but no internet access?
4. Did you try disabling smart connect and try different WiFi channel and channel width?
5. When using the extender with the AX73 V1, is the EasyMesh enabled and a mesh network is established?
