I've just checked a security camera at my house in France and a Tapo bulb is illuminated but offline in the app, so I have no control- can't believe they fail on!!. I'm not back for 3 weeks! Fire hazard??
This Tapo light bulb possibly lost connection to the cloud server which caused a remote control failure.
If you have remote access to your router, try to restart the internet by rebooting the router. If there is anyone who has access to that house, you may ask them to help you power cycle the light bulb so that it can try to reconnect to the internet.
