Hardware Version: V7
Firmware Version: 1.0.1 Build 201029 Rel. 35823n

Range extender 850RE lights keep blinking

Range extender lights (all lights including power light) keep blinking and not able to connect to it. 

 

 

 

Tried resetting using pin hole but blinking didn't stop.

 

 

 

Very rarely, blinking stops for few mins and during that time, tried reset to factory defaults and reset using pin hole. But after few mins, blinking starts again.

 

 

 

Any pointers on what could be the issue and how to fix it?

Are all lights including the power blinking continuously? That sounds abnormal.

 

Is the power supply in your house stable? When did you purchase the extender?

 

Try to unplug it from the power socket and wait for approximately 10 minutes, then plug it back in and monitor if the power LED is stable. If yes, try resetting it one more time to check if you can login or manage it.

 

If no luck and the extender is still under warranty, please contact local support to request a replacement.
