Only one external antenna connector working???

When I connect an external antenna only on the lower SMA port it seems to have a direct effect on reception. The connection gets better and I see a better signal in the settings.
My external antenna has 2 cables, when I connect the second cable to the upper SMA port there is no change in signal.
However when I only connect the top one there is no improvement at all.
It seems like only the lower SMA Connector makes a difference and the top one is not working...
Is there a reason for this?

Both SMA cables fail to improve the 5G signal when connecting to the top port, right?
Have you used other 5G antennas before?
Are you able to check the signal source on the Deco APP when
- Both SMA cables from antennas are connected to Deco X50-5G.
- Only the low port is connected to the antenna.
- Only the top port is connected to the antenna.
