Dear TP-Link,

I have an issue with my MR500, I tried to updated to the latest firmware, selected the best band, set manual telco, restart device. It doesn't solve my MR500 random disconnection and slow internet connection issue. I placed my MR500 with the same spot as my previous model MR600 with the same SIM card. My previous model was MR600 and it's working out just fine. On MR600 updated to the latest firmware, selected the best band possible, it can get stable 80Mbps internet speed with no disconnection at all while MR500 highest could get 40Mbps with random disconnection. But I've to send in MR600 for warranty because it showing issue with MR600 will drop internet speed overtime, only restarting would fix the issue temporary. I've read some of the post in TP-Link Community about my MR500, they have the same issue with the same model. It work out just fine on other SIM Router with no issue just the MR500. Need a firmware fix for MR500 ASAP.

If so, please send email to support.forum@tp-link.com and provide the requested information.

1) Your country and ISP name
2) How often does the issue happen, and will it recover automatically or you have to restart the MR500 to get internet again
3) Screenshots of Advanced->Status page and Advanced->Network->Internet page when internet works fine and also when the issue happens
4) System Log file after the issue happens, please don't restart the MR500 before saving the log file, or previous log will be cleared

I think I have the same problem with my MR500. I tried to update to the latest fw version available (Archer MR500(EU)_V1_230414) with no success. 

As long as I am not in the place of installation that often I can't play with the router settings. I had to set up automatic restarts with a daily period (1am). Before that disconnections occurred every 2-3days, over some time it happens almost daily, usually in afternoon or evening. My router is located in Czechia and ISP is O2.
