Hello,

I have a set of 3 Deco M3 Mesh devices. I tried to update the firmware recently, but the data of the app had been wiped on my phone (I hadn't use the app in ages). I entered my username/pswd, but all the app wants to do now is to reinstall the M3's. No way to update the firmware.

Can you please help me out here...

Hi, is the first main Deco still solid white?

If yes, I think it is very likely that you might sign into the wrong TP-Link email ID and password. You could leave me a message with the MAC address of the main Deco.
