How to white list a web site in the web protection service within home shield pro, because it's blocking my iptv access, and my iptv service work only after I turn off web protection

It is suggested to refer to the FAQ here to submit a ‘Suspected False Positive’ request on the official website of Avira. And Avira will remove the URL from their filter list if your submission is passed.
