To be able to use WoL feature from an external network M5 should have IP&MAC binding implemented.

As far as this feature s not implemented there's no way to enable WoL feature as well - check this post and this post.

If both devices are in the LAN network, IP&MAC binding is not required.

But if you want to wake up a local device through WAN, then Deco cannot forward Magic Packet since it doesn't support IP&MAC binding.
