I saw people with the same problem.

I'm trying to access my company's VPN server from home.
The C80 is installed at home. Windows 10 is being used.

Since I installed the router, the remote desktop stopped working on both my pc and my cell phone.
But it didn't apply to me
I use v6 plus and I can't see the ALG Settings tab. What should I do
I use windows VPN with L2TP IPSec VPN.

Hi, do you mean you are using IPv6 internet only and don't see ALG settings under Security? please share with us the screenshots.

 

Besides, if you have IPv4 Internet Connection on the Archer C80, please let us know the WAN connection type like Dynamic IP or PPPoE etc., and is the Internet IPv4 address on the router a public IP address or private address?

Please connect the computer to your ISP modem directly and then check if you could connect the remote desktop via VPN successfully.
