Does anyone know a solution for this ?

I recently got a USB 3.0 UE300 Ethernet Adapter because my network card on my laptop is broken.

Unfortunately, I cannot make a VPN connection with a Stormshield VPN device, and it is noticeable that

sometimes videos are not displayed.

What is the cause of this, and is there a solution?

If you're using Windows OS make sure that the new network adapter connection is of a type Private Network.
