Firmware Version:

I have 3 mesh router machines (DECO) installed to main ISP Router. The main DECO is connected throiugh LAN from ISP router and otehr two are connected through WI-FI

Since last 24 hours the DECO Routers are not working although the ISP router has network and we are connecting all personal deivces to the Wifi network of ISP router.

The DECO machines are not showing and light signal

- The DECO machines do not display any light and are appear disabled (even though connected to power and LAN). Refer attached pic of the machine display.

- The Deco App also displays a message as "Couldn't find Deco".

We have connected with customer care technicians and tried all the recommended Troubleshooting, including Hard reset and  Interchanging of machines.

Can anyone help/advise pls

  @new-user_1

Hi, Welcome to the community.

When I checked your TP-Link email ID, I noticed there is a 3-pack Deco XE75 and it is online. Have you fixed this issue already? Or it might be another Deco XE75 kit?

It is rare that all three units stop working at the same time. Has there been any power outage or storm recently?

Thank you very much and wait for your reply.

Best regards.
