@Sunil21 Same I too couldn't connect the RE200 Range extender.
- I tried moving it closer to router
- Connecting directly to Ethernet port (Shows LAN 1 Light in Router but not on Extender)
- Followed resetting it doesn't work rather it behaves like this
- Power LED alone stays on for few seconds
- Then Power button continous to blink for sometime
- Shows all the LED with WiFi symbol blinks red for a sec & the cyle continous
- Left the reset button pressing in all the above scenarios still doesn't work
