Hardware Version: V20
Firmware Version: 1.7.3

The monthly report shows the AV protection data, but many other information is "no data", like perental control.

And can you share some pictures of the almost blank reports?

  @David-TP Thank you!

I think I found the issue....
when clicking on the Setting gouge in the monthly report page I noticed it was disabled :(

I enabled it, I hope the next month report will look better.
