Model: Deco X50-DSL
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.0.3 Build 20230718 Rel.63778

2 pieces of Deco X50DSL, both have the same problem. It has to be restarted every 1-3 days. The connection starts to slow down until it doesn't work at all. This problem has already been mentioned here on the forum, so I would expect some update. I will claim both pieces and I believe they will refund my money, because the modem is unusable for now. I apologize for my English.

  @Kody

Hi, thank you very much for your time and patience.

May I know who is your DSL service provider?

The most reported issue I have received is the disconnection altogether with a high spiking errors.

Have you noticed the same issue?

Did Deco X50-DSL turn solid red during the disconnection?

Wait for your reply and best regards.

  @Kody

Hi, Thank you very much for your time and patience.

I have sent a beta firmware via private message and could you please check whether the beta firmware helps improve the internet connection?

The beta firmware could revert back to the official firmware directly via web UI.

How to update the firmware: How to Update the Firmware of Deco (method 2)

Wait for your reply and best regards.
