It is an Archer VR2100. We have moved house and internet provider and when we turn on the to link modem the power light comes in then a little monitor light then two signal lights. The power light keeps flashing then it turns off. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Hi, please remove all DSL or Ethernet cables from the device, also make sure you are using the original power adapter, the external power supply of this device should be 12V/1.5A.

 

Also try a different wall socket and try factory reset to see if it makes any difference.
