Hi, what password do you refer to?
The wireless password is supposed to be the same as the host router.
As for the web/Tether APP log-in password, you could try to use the default password-admin. If it is incorrect, you might need to reset the extender first by holding the reset pinhole till you can see all the lights turn on and then off.
