I'm trying to activate ipv6 connection over PPPoe (mirror my ipv4 connection) but when i try to save i just get the error "failed to save the information. Please try again later"

 

Does anyone know how to stop this appearing as i've reboot the devices (xe75 pros), rebooted by phone, installed the app on another phone. Short of factory resetting my devices and starting over with my configuration i'm running out of ideas so thought i'd ask on here first

Hi, Thank you very much for your feedback on the community.

I see you also sent a support ticket and submitted the Deco APP log.

By the way, if you tried to manually input the PPPOE username and password, instead of syncing with IPV4, would you get the same error?

Can I have the model number of the ISP cable/fiber modem?

 

The case has been forwarded to the engineer. Hope he can help us locate the issue as soon as possible.
