ERROR: FAIL TO UPDATE DUE TO... The uploaded file was not accepted by the router.

i try to turn off sys modelcheck and upgrade ,but not gonna work again

I have tried the following;
Restarting modem with factory settings, then telnet to the modem and entering ' sys modelcheck off' - the update still failed.

( I have been trying all my attempts with the WiFi off and plugged in with a network cable. )
