Model: RE200
Hardware Version:
Firmware Version:

I had setup my extender successfully and it worked for around a month and now it get's rebooted continuously and not letting me reconnect, reconfigure.

I've also tried resetting the extender but is not helping. I also tried configuring via tether app, wps option and also with LAN cable.. still the extender keeps rebooting continuously.

Kindly suggest.

Regards,

-Anand

  @Anand_P

Hi, Thank you very much for the notification.

There hasn't been a final solution for this. But since there are quite a few feedback recently, we have informed the local warranty office to collect the sample units and run further analysis.

You could also contact the local office to replace the extender first:

Warranty & RMA support: 7770013083
E-mail: rma.in@tp-link.com
Working hours: Mon-Sat 10:00AM to 06:00PM (First & Last Saturday)
https://www.tp-link.com/in/support/contact-technical-support/#Hotline-Support
Thanks again and best regards.
