I have a tplink 4g+ AX3000 wifi 6 telephony router. model mx515v(nz2d) ver1.0 

It is not an archer ax3000 as listed in the model description but that's the closest I could find to post. I can't find any info on the model I have other than the basic plug and play instructions from my isp. 

I have only had it a couple of days and it was working fine other than it would drop out every few minutes and have no connection so I would turn it off and on and it would connect again but then drop out a few minutes later. This kept happening so I held down the reset button for about 30sec and then when it restarted the only lights that now come on are the power and wifi. Both are solid white. No other lights but they do all flash red and green once when it firsts powers up. I have contacted my isp and talked to tech and they have no idea. I have accessed the user settings thingy by going to the up address in my browser and it say no sim detected or sim faulty. The sim is inserted properly and I even put it in a friends modem and changed the modem settings to accommodate my sim and it worked fine.is this a firmware issue? The modem is brand new and was working the first day apart from the frequent dropouts. I thought a rest might fix this but it just made it useless.
