Could we please also have support for WireGuard as an option, given some of the benefits it presents over OpenVPN?

agreed. Would complete off their devices beautifully and solidify TP link devices as all rounders. Only the modders that want WRT support or even more config options would pick something else.

Yes Please. OpenVPN is much too heavy for these integrated devices. I've got at best 10Mbps out of 400Mbps on the deco with openVPN, while this would be around 350Mbps with wireguard

WireGuard is the gold standard and a necessary update! It's unacceptable to be going into 2026 without it.
