I am unable to connect my new Eufy camera homebase to my X20 Deco set up as a router
Hi, welcome to the community.
I checked the eufyCam support article, and the setup of Homebase needs to connect it with an Ethernet cable to the Home router. But later, you could switch to the WiFi connection.
Do you mean that you could not switch the Homebase from Ethernet connection to WiFi? Would there be any error message?
Will the HomeBase 2 connect to wifi or does it have to be plugged into an ethernet cable?
The HomeBase must be plugged into an ethernet cable when you set it up for the first time and then the HomeBase can be connected to the wifi.
