Hi, Can I have more details about "Wifi extender not working "?

Is it like "the LED light will keep on blinking, then all the lights turn green for half a second, then the Wi-Fi led turns red and then the power led is solid for 5 seconds before it starts blinking again and the whole sequence keeps restarting"?

If yes, Could you please leave me a message about the SN number on the RE200?

How about its hardware version?
