Hi, I have a MESH Deco Network. 2 XE75 (1 as main), 2 X60 and just added a new one S7 for a small and far room.

 

But this S7 I have no idea where this router is connected to.

When I open the Deco App, is showing the message "Connect to: unvailable for current firware". And I am on the latest firmware version available (v1.4.1).

Any idea how to fix that ?

ps: message below is on brazilian portuguese.

Could you please refer to this link to help me submit the APP log?

How to submit Deco APP log

After that, will a restart of Deco S7, or a restart the whole Mesh system once make any difference?

Can I have some pictures of the following page on the Deco APP:

Hi David-TP, have made the process that you have asked. 

Have sent the log for you via email mechanism on the Deco App.

Hi David-TP, also I have removed S7 from the network, reconfigured/added again to my network, and did not work.

 

Have turned off ALL other routers, only left the S7 on, and even that, I could not see my wifi network (even without internet). So, only S7 was on, and I could not see any wifi  (my) network.

 

Have turned on, 1 by one, starting with XE75 (the main one, connected to the internet), then after the S7. Did not work also...

Then turned on all other routers (one by one) and S7 still not working... all others are working fine again. (2 XE75 and 2 X60).

Also checked again the Firmware update, and on the Deco App, appears the message that is everything updated on all my 5 Decos as:

2 XE75 - firmware 1.2.8

2 X60 - firmware 1.2.4

1 S7 - firmware 1.4.1

 

Any more recommendation ?
