Model: Archer AX10
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: AX1500 Wi-Fi 6

I have just purchased this router to replace my ageing router.

I am connected to NBN ISP with Fibre to the Kerb.

There's nothing wrong with the ISP because my old router connects to the internet without problem.

Regardless of what I do, the internet light remains red.

I have tried everything suggested on the troubleshooting video. No Go.

I changed the MAC Address to the NBN Box address and  it still doesn't work.

I have set it to PPPoE as suggested by the how-to video:

Internet light still red.

I have IPv6 turned off.

I've run out of options. Can anyone help?

JM

  @JohnmF

Basically you need to copy the Internet (WAN) port setting from your old router to AX10 and that's it.

Clonig your old router's WAN MAC address to the AX10 WAN (Internet port) is necessary sometimes depending on your ISP.

Just check what type of connection your old router uses (Dynamic IP, PPPoE, etc.) and copy these settings in your AX10 Advanced=>Network=>Internet menu.
