Abnormal WAN port speed
Deco App shows "Abnormal WAN port speed". As follows:
I am connecting the Deco to my 10G modem using Cat 6A cable. The speedtest can reach 3800+Mbps download so probably the negotiated WAN port speed is at least 5 Gbps, but I am not sure if it is 5G or 10G. Is there a way I can see the negotiated port speed anywhere?
Btw, I do connect some 1Gbps LAN device to the 2.5G ports of the Deco. Not sure if related.
Please look into this. Your help would be greatly appreciated!

Hi, Nice to see you again.
Could you please help me submit the Deco APP log here?
Did you use "Test Internet Speed" on the Deco APP to do a speedtest?
Wait for your reply and best regards.

Log submitted.
I used https://www.speedtest.net/ to test speed.
Actually, the speed test in the App was not working, like this:

Hi, Thanks for the update. The logs has been received and forwarded to the engineers for further checking.
As for the "Test Internet speed" on the Deco APP, I tested on the Deco M5 and it did work properly. So did it fail all the time, or just randomly?
By the way, How many internet bandwidth you have subscribed from the internet service provider? Is it also 10G bandwidth?
The reason I ask is because I have received the same error notice on the Deco APP before, but it was more like a false alarm on the Deco APP which has been improved later via firmware upgrades. So I am quite curious whether the actual internet bandwidth is also affected.
Thank you very much and best regards.

Hi. The "Test Internet speed" on Deco App fails all the time for me.
My Internet connection service offered by ISP is 10Gbps.
Thanks.

@AkiraChibi @Cappuccino Try this. Go to the Deco app - More - Advanced - NAT forwarding - SIP ALG and disable it. Run the speed test again. I turned mine back on afterwards and so far it's still the same but if it drops again I will leave it disabled. Not sure what it is though or if a firmware brought the option in?
