Model: Deco X20  
Hardware Version: V3
Firmware Version: 1.1.4

Deco X20 3 pack, all showing stable green light.

Main Deco is placed near wall, first satellite is 12 feet away about 4 feet higher and second satellite is on the floor above.

Problem 1 - The first satellite keeps going offline and disconnecting from mesh.

Problem 2 - Devices on upper floor, iPad (Air 2) and Fire TV Stick (4K Max) don't connect to WiFi at all.

Hi, Deco X20_V3_1.1.4 should support connection preference which allows to manually connect mobile devices to a specific Deco.

Have you tried to set up connection preference for the mobile devices near first satellite Deco X20?

How to select a preferred signal source on the Deco App

Update - After changing security to WPA3 personal and rebooting all Decos, devices connected after a while. No device is connecting to first satellite though, they either connect to main Deco or second satellite on upper floor.
