Hi, thank you very much for your time and patience.

Have you checked the local online stores?

I see RE800BE is available on Amazon.de:https://www.amazon.de/-/en/RE800BE-Amplifier-Repeater-Tri-Band-Maximised/dp/B0DCW6K8FS

Best regards.

@David-TP thanks for your message. Yes I already own a RE800BE and GE800. My question is concerning when we will finally get Ethernet backhaul for the RE800BE to connect with the GE800? It was marked as "planned" in this thread for a while now and the RE800BE still runs firmware v1 without any updates at all since launch.

Hi, there is still a plan to support Ethernet Backhaul on the RE800BE. The engineer explained that RE800BE needs to be updated to an entirely new firmware platform to introduce this feature, which will take more time.

Thanks a lot for your time and patience.

Best regards.

Hello@mrk2005 ,

Welcome to our community.

As far as I know, RE700X(EU) 1.0 is planned to be updated to support Ethernet Backhaul. Please keep the Auto update button of the device turned on.wink

Hi  @David-TP,

May I ask if the wired backhaul mesh functionality will be added to the RE815XE extender as well?

If it is actually going to be implemented, is there any estimation of the team on its delivery?

Thanks for your support!

BRs,

Sokratis
