Hi@tchirou ,

It seems that some users will be given priority to use this firmware. Sorry, I don't have a firmware download link at the moment. Please be patient and wait for subsequent firmware updates.

Hi  @Joseph-TP

Do you mean something like a staged roll out which takes a few days to reach everyone or a closed testing and it could take weeks/months for the general public to get it ?

Thanks

May I know ETA for RE605X V2 (UK). When can get updated?

Last year, I also bought the AX1800 + RE605X V2 kit with the intention of extending my mesh Wi-Fi via Ethernet cable, and I was disappointed. Especially since I paid more for the RE605X extender than for the router.

Is there a newer firmware available, or are you planning to update the firmware using Ethernet backhaul in the RE605X V2?

Hello, I have a TP-link Archer BE800 as a router and 3 x TP-links RE800BE as extenders. As a wired access point, this does cause some issues. I am also curious about the status of the backhaul connection. Is there any light at the end of the tunnel?I hear that there are developments happening, so please keep me informed.

Can I download a firmware update for another country that supports Ethernet backhaul but only supports RE605X V3 or V4 amplifiers? Has anyone tried this? Or will it definitely cause hardware damage? I don't know how much the hardware differs between the V2, V3, and V4 versions. If it's the same, it's worth trying. Please advise if you've already explored the process of flashing firmware for other device versions.
