Model: Deco BE85
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.0.14

Hi,

sorry for my bad English.

I recently bought TP-Link Deco BE85 3 pack. It runs on a beta 1.0.14 firmware because of the wifi download issues.

And the official 1.0.14 is not available yet when i created this thread.

When i keep the Deco on IPv4 everything runs fine without any issues. But when i turn on IPv6 the network becomes unstable.

All the BE85 routers rebooting multiple times a day. When i turn off IPv6 everything runs stable again.

I did a factory reset and it didn't help.

TP-Link Deco BE85 is in router mode.

  @Eschwin

Hi, welcome to the community.

May I know your internet service provider?

Are you able to stably reproduce this issue?

I noticed you mentioned "All the BE85 routers reboot multiple times a day", do you mean they randomly auto-reboot themselves, or do you have to restart the whole Mesh system to stabilize the connection?

In the meantime, I would like to forward your case to the senior engineer for further assistance.

Please check whether you could receive my email.

Thank you very much and best regards.
