Model: Archer AX73
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.3.5 Build 20230922 rel.71211

Last night, My internet was disconnected for 5Ghz and I cannot connected to internet. I tried to reboot my router after that I can connected to 5Ghz but cannot used any internet and also I cannot connected to my router via the Tether Apps. And then I tried to reboot again after that I cannot connected to 5Ghz anymore. But for 2.4 Ghz or Wired connected are normally connected anytime.

Could anyone please give me an advice to solve this problem?

Hi, what is the error message when you try to connect the 5G WiFi?

Please try changing 5G WiFi SSID and WiFi channel to see if it makes any difference. Also try different client devices to connect the 5G WiFi.

If the problem still exists, please try factory reset the router by holding reset button for about 10s until power LED starts flashing.
