Hello, it is already the second 4G router from tplink and the same thing happens to it, it loses the time setting, when the power goes out it simply loses it and the 4G disconnects, then for it to connect again you have to restart it several times and change several parameters so that it refreshes the configuration without restarting until it finally connects with 4G or 3G. I have chatted with your support and they have left me in the middle of the conversation without thinking and they have not given me any solution, I am a little disappointed with your brand. I hope you can help me solve the problem without having to change the router again. Thank you.

Hi, do you mean all the configurations including time settings will be lost after a power outage? If you turn it off and back on manually, will you be able to reproduce the issue every time?

Regarding the internet or LTE disconnecting issue, does it also happens only after the power outage? Please note that the router time needs to sync from the internet, so if internet doesn't work, time might be incorrect as well, so we could focus on the internet or LTE connection issue first.

When the issue happens next time, please share with us screenshots of Advanced->Status page, Advanced->Network->Internet page along with the system log file.

By the way, who is your ISP please?
