PX50 doesn't work with iphone 15 pro/ pro max
Iphones 15pro and 15 promax connect to a mixed network, but are always at 2.4 ghz. If I give them a priority of 5 ghz, then they lose the network and no longer connect. Until I make a 2.5+5 ghz network. The other devices are working fine. When will TP Link fix this??

May I know the current IOS on the iPhones? are they all on IOS 17.1.2?
Please change the wireless security mode on the main network to WPA2 to see whether they helped.
Please also turn off "Private Address" on the iPhones to see whether they can connect to 5 GHz.

Is only 5Ghz band 4 (channel 149-165) allowed in your region?

I have this system on my iPhone 15 pro m. I did what you wrote and it didn't help. It still does not connect in 5 GHz priority. I am in Indonesia. And on the device box the country is US. Maybe this is the problem?

@David-TP The problem only manifests itself on telephones and also on laptops purchased officially in Indonesia. Phones and laptops purchased in other countries work well and correctly.

@Alexmesh is your country of purchase different from the country where you use it? the system is good, but it seems to me the problem is in the channels at 5 GHz

I also think it is closely related to the wireless channel of 5Ghz.
And I notice you have both local-purchased devices and devices overseas. If the channel was set to band4, there is a chance that the devices purchased in different countries might not be able to detect the 5GHz.

@AlexMor Purchased in my country (UK). It can see the 5ghz network fine but can't connect 99% of the time, oddly it won't connect to the TP link Omada access points at the gym either on 5ghz but can see the 5ghz network.

@Alexmesh I got a lot of information. I am 100 percent sure that the problem is in different channels of work. TP link wrote that they will fix it.
