Firmware Version: 1.0.0 0.9.1 v00a1.0 Build 191204 Rel.69554n

If I try the online upgrade method, I get download failed. If I try to download the firmware and upgrade, I am getting Error 4503 if I try to upgrade firmware. I'm downloading the firmware from this link

Look at the bottom sticker of your device to determine its HW version and FW region - details.

After doing that, download the correct FW release, unzip it, upload and upgrade the device FW.
