Dear Sir

 

One problem after another as follows:

 

1. No internet, resolve my resetting

2. My singtel - network disappear - 

3. Wifi unable to reset to indicate a green indicator for wifi 2.4 and 5G

4. Unable to get direct ethernet.

5. unable to log in to Tp-link router

6. unable to setup my router

7. Unable to link to 192.168.1.1.

 

Dun know its router etherent cable.

 

Video shown by TP link did not indicate which slot to slot in directly.

 

I am lost and dun where to go from here.

 

Anyone can assists why one problem leads to another problem

I am losssss.

Hi, thank you very much for posting on TP-Link Community.

Please connect a computer to your ISP modem directly and check if internet works fine for all websites.

If so, please then connect the ISP modem back to WAN port of the TP-Link router, if the router still has the same issue and unable to login the web interface, please follow this guide to troubleshoot: What should I do if I can’t log into web-based interface of my TP-Link device?

 

If it is still the same, it is recommended to call phone support so that the support agent could walk you through the steps for troubleshooting.
