Hi, how to set up deco x20 without using unifi router? Means the LAN cable directly connect to the unifi modem. I tried many time follow the instructions on tplink youtube. but my deco x20 light still on red and no internet connection. pppoe username and password is correct. Anybody can help with the setting? Im not using hyyptv.

Hi, have you tried to check with TM Unifi whether the third party router is allowed?

And except the PPPOE username and password, do you need any internet VLAN ID, like internet VLAN ID 500?

  @Radzlan change your iptv/vlan tagging.
