Deco X60 disconnect but cannot be reconnected
My satalite seco disconnected out of nowhere, and cannot be reconnected even after moving it to the main one, and restarted it. Or after reset and try to add it. The app keeps saying it couldn't find any new deco.

Hi, welcome to the community.
Did it turn flashing red during the disconnection?
How often would it drop out of the main Deco X60?
The WiFi 6 models in the same package are pre-configured. After reset, it could automatically join the Mesh system.
So After reset, if you did not manually add it on the Deco APP, will it turn back to solid green after a while from blinking blue?
Wait for your reply and best regards.

Hi David, thanks for your reply.
1. it slow flashes yellow for a day and then become red.
2. This is the first time it dropped out but it hasn't been reconnected yet.
3. After reset it doesn't not reconnect automatically.
4. It has only been flashing yellow or red after disconnected, haven't seen it green or blue since the problem started.
Right now it is solid yellow. Please advice. Thank you very much.
best,
Lo

@Lolobb Hi, Sorry for the delay.
Would this satellite Deco X60 turn flashing blue after factory reset? or it is solid/flashing yellow even after reset?
It is also suggested to refer to this link to run a firmware recovery on the Deco X60:

If it couldn't get into firmware recovery mode, it is suggested to contact the local support team to check for warranty service.
Thank you very much and best regards.
