Hello
Following on from the previous thread, as I couldn't help myself, I had the router replaced by an after-sales service.
I had no more problems until recently, when I was again confronted with the loss of the IP address I had configured for DHCP: 192.168.5.x.
As the problem was becoming recurrent, I called the after-sales service of the store where I bought the product. The router was replaced by a new model, this time with version v3 of the MR600.
This morning, surprise! I've lost the IP address again and I'm back to the default address: 198.168.1.x
I should point out that the IP range of the WAN (my ISP's box is 192.168.0.x, and does not conflict with the MR600's IP range), and that I have a 4G backup in case of a WAN failure.
Please tell me how to get the router working again.
Best regards.

Marc

Hi, does it still happen randomly after scheduled reboot?

Please check the Internet IPv4 address on the MR600 when it fails over to 4G backup, in case there is any IP conflict with the 4G WAN.

  @Sunshine

Hello,

Thank you for your answer.

I don't the scheduled reboot.

It's difficult to check the IP network switching during a fail over, or I'll disconnect the WAN to test.
What do you think?

Hi, you could disconnect the regular WAN and check LTE WAN for testing.

By the way, previous thread shows that the issue happens randomly after scheduled reboot, since no scheduled reboot now, does the issue happen randomly now without any rebooting, or happens after manual reboot?

Did you check the LTE WAN IP address by disconnecting regular Ethernet WAN?
