The light on the extender keeps blinking and the app is unable to connect to the tp link network

Hi, is the blinking light the power LED?

Have you tried to factory reset this RE220 by holding the reset pinhole for 10s?

And May I know the SN number on the extender?

  @David-TP  yes I did try to reset and there was no solution. I tried a multiple times. The network tp link doesn't show up.
