[Solution] TD-W9970 Wifi drops/disconnect
Hello everyone, I recently bought this device and it had a problem that the Wi-Fi was randomly disconnected and I had to be close to the device to connect.
I did the solutions that TP Link support said, but it didn't work. (Although they are very good solutions to strengthen the antenna, it did not help for me but be sure to do it :) )

Be sure to read and do the solutions that I linked above.
I applied the following settings and the problem was solved to some extent, although I think that a firmware update is needed because the problem may not be completely solved.
Wireless :
-Basic Settings :
Mode:11n Only (Because new devices support n model and its speed is higher)
Channel Width: 20Mhz (Because I need that much, you can set it to 40 MHz if you want(
- Wireless Advanced : (You can research these three things and get information about them)
RTS Threshold: 2050 (The problem is usually solved by changing this value, but you have to find the desired value)
The following values can remain in the same default state.
Beacon Interval: 50 or 75 or 100 or 300
DTIM Interval: 1 or 2 or 3
This solution may only improve the situation and not completely solve the problem, in any case, it may be necessary to release a firmware update for this model. :(
Currently, an update has been released for v3 of this model in 2022 and fixed a denial-of-service vulnerability.so I request an update for version 2 as well.
