Using Exetel Internet. Can't see WiFi calling Option when connected to this Modem. How can I activate wi-fi calling in my internet ? When connected with my friedns wifi in a different location I can do wifi calling. 

 

what settings to do in the Modem / Router to swutch on the Wi-Fi calling feature ?

The setting for Wi-Fi Calling are on your mobile device - not on the VR400 - see details here for Android phone and here for iPhone.

Just in case make sure that this setting is enabled:

 

 

 

If the issue persists enable IPSec pass-through as well.
