Hi,

I've setuped my new devices. Wi-fi is perfect when I use it thought my house. But no internet connection when I move the extender in my garage located at maximum 100 feet. Any idea of what is going wrong?

Hi, do you mean the powerline adapter is in the house and the powerline extender is in garage?

Please check if powerline LED is still light up on the two units, which indicates they are still paired with each other or not. You could also try to pair them again and try different wall sockets.

By the way, please also confirm if they are still on the same electrical circuit.
