Since i upgrade my wifi with the Deco M4 i can see the wifi doorbell cam on my iphone. I can ping the doorbell, no problem.

But i cant see it anymore on my Hikvision NVR.

I can see all my other cams ( they are with network cables attached to my NVR)

Before the upgrade there was no problem.

I already changed in my NVR to the new IP adress that my doorbell now has.

Can you help me to solve this mystery?

Hi, are you able to ping the NVR on the iPhone?

Is NVR connected to one of the Deco M4 via an Ethernet cable?

Are you able to see the NVR device on the "Online list"?

My Deco M4 is connected to my (Ziggo) router/modem with an Ethernet cable. the WiFi of the Modem router is disabled. The WiFi signal now comes from the Deco M4. The Hikvision NVR is connected via an Ethernet cable directly to the Deco M4. I can see the Hikvision (wired) camera images on my phone. Unfortunately, I am unable to get the cameras connected to the WiFi signal running again on the Hikvion NVR. Have re-entered all IP data correctly on the Hikvision NVR. I can see the Hikvision NVR in the Online list. I also see the WiFi cameras in the online list. There is something that works differently with the Deco M4 than with the standard modem / router, which means it no longer works. My question is, what setting can I change to make it work again? greetings Ivo
