Wrong password
Just purchase this powerline Expander
My app finds it
But when I go to wifi setting it asks for a password
I put in the password off the plug but it is wrong
I can't find a reset button
Can you help

What is the model description that is printed on the label on the back of the device?
On devices that have no separate reset button another button will act as a dual-function button. (i.e, short-press activates one function and long press activates another function)
In case it's urgent and you can't wait for another reply, then maybe try pressing and holding the available buttons for about 8 seconds. (one button at a time!)
