Firmware Version:

Hello, got a terrible problem!

Installation:

Main deco : XE75pro

others: 2x M9 and 1x X50 outdoor

Working fine since I replaced the M9 (Main) by the XE75 pro for several weeks!

Since this morning the main XE75pro will not connect anymore to the internet!

Led turns RED

Checked everything, lan port is OK, cable is OK....

When I restart the XE75pro, led turns green/white and after a few moments it turns green, several seconds after it turns red.

My network shows up on my smartphone, but it says 'No internet access'

This is a real problem situation, I have 49 clients working on wifi and they all are down now!!!

Very dissapointed, I already use the mesh network for several years, never had any problem.

I also replaced the M9 main deco by a XE75 pro and placed another X50 outdoor several weeks ago, everything worked perfect....until now!

Please help

 Update:

I managed to get the wifi back working.

After hours of searching it seems that the TL-SG105 switch cause the error!

This switch was connected to the lan port of the main Deco XE-75pro.

Once I deconnect the TL-SG105 the wifi turns green and working fine.

Tried to connect the TL-SG105 directly to the modem, it also causes failure wifi and turns red????

Strange!

Fortunately all the wired devices work also on wifi (TV, Setopbox, aplifier...) and I managed for this devices to connect by wifi.

Can someone please explaine this???

Hi, It's great to know that you have fixed the issue already.

The switch needs to be connected after the router and it can't directly connect to the ISP bridge modem unless the modem is a modem-router combo.

As for why it didn't work either after connecting to XE75 PRO, TL-SG105 is a dumb/unmanaged switch and should be plug-and-play. I think it detects a temporary loop when replacing XE75 Pro as the main Deco.

If possible, since Deco XE75 PRO is online now, you could try to connect the switch back, such as:

ISP modem--->cable---main XE75 PRO----TL-SG105----other wired devices, like TV Setopbox, aplifier...

\---satellite Deco XE75 Pro if you plan to use Ethernet Backhaul on Deco.

Thank you very much and best regards.
