When I try to connect my same PCs (Win 10 and 11) to another Internet Network (my second ISP or Hotspot) all PCs can connect and sync time completely.

How can I fix this problem? please advise.

Hi,

In order to eliminate the problem of the first ISP, please connect your PC directly to the modem of the same ISP without using the router to see if the time synchronization is OK on the PC.

By the way, when using the BE550 router, is the time synchronization of the router itself working or not?
